Organic viticulture: our commitment since 2013

In our estate, organic viticulture is much more than a label: it's a philosophy we practice every day, with passion and conviction. Since 2013, we've been proudly certified in Organic Agriculture, a strong commitment to respecting the earth, the vines and those who taste our wine.

But what does this mean in concrete terms?

Growing our vines organically starts, of course, in the vineyard: we renounce synthetic chemical products (pesticides, herbicides, artificial fertilizers) in favor of natural solutions. The soil cultivation, herbal teas, disease prevention, maintaining biodiversity around the plots... everything is done to reinforce the vitality of the vines and preserve the balance of our terroir.

But our approach doesn't stop there. In the cellar too, we follow the principles of organic vinification. This means keeping oenological inputs to a minimum, using no artificial additives, and intervening as little as possible to ensure that the wine fully expresses its origins.

Sulfur, for example, is used in measured doses, only when necessary for the wine's stability.

What about certification?

Organic certification is not something you can improvise.

First, we have to go through a three-year conversion period, during which we apply organic methods without yet being able to use the label. Then, every year, an independent organization checks our practices, treatments and traceability, to guarantee that our wines comply with the strict standards of organic farming.

It takes time and attention, and sometimes sacrifices in yields... but it's also a path towards greater sincerity and quality. For us, it's a way of honoring our terroir, producing a wine that's lively, expressive and, above all, respectful of those around it.

For over 10 years now, this commitment has been part of our identity. And every bottle that leaves our cellar reflects it.
