This cuvée, made from a selection of the finest slopes on the estate, captures the essence of the terroir. Under the sun of the Rhone Valley, the vines flourish on ideal soil, giving the wine a richness and depth of aroma marked by notes of garrigue and spice.

Ageing

Syrahs are aged for 12 months in oak barrels, a process that brings structure and complexity. The wine is then bottled and stored in the cellar for a year before being released, ensuring perfect balance and aromatic evolution.

Tasting notes

This cuvée is marked by a powerful bouquet of ripe, sun-kissed fruit, mingled with aromas of spice and garrigue. On the palate, the tannins are dense and round, providing a velvety texture and beautiful persistence. Time in oak enriches the wine with woody notes, enhancing its complexity and ageing potential.

Food & wine pairing

This full-bodied, structured wine needs a few years to reach its peak. It is the ideal companion for thyme-roasted shoulder of lamb, or richly-flavored stews. Serve at around 16-18°C.
